Challenge

The team needed to ship customer-facing integrations while still building the underlying patterns that would reduce the cost and complexity of each subsequent integration.

Approach

I worked across specifications, configuration design, metadata modeling, and backend architecture so each integration improved the platform instead of increasing long-term fragmentation.

Outcome

The resulting surface was more modular and easier to extend across systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, and other adjacent integrations without rebuilding core ideas from scratch.

What I learned

Integration work compounds only when the platform underneath it becomes clearer after each delivery cycle.
